The solemn national flag and company flag were successively raised, the stirring national anthem and battle songs were sung, and the industrial base officially sounded the horn for resumption of work and production. At 8:00 a.m. on September 1, all employees of the industrial base lined up in an orderly fashion to jointly witness the inauguration ceremony for the resumption of work and production. 

On the occasion of the 80th anniversary of the Chinese people celebrating the victory of the War of Resistance Against Japan and the World Anti-Fascist War, the company also reached an important milestone in its development history. After a month of production suspension and transformation, the industrial base has been revitalized and is ready to spring into action. This transformation not only involved equipment upgrades but also represents the company's strategic step toward becoming a top enterprise in the "development and application of functional amino acids." 

Dr. Yang Libin, Chairman and CEO, delivered an important speech at the resumption ceremony. This transformation has enabled a significant leap in production capacity, increasing from 15,000 tons to 30,000 tons. Comprehensive measures in environmental assessment, safety supervision, and fire protection are fully in place, laying a solid foundation for the company’s development over the next fifty to a hundred years. 

At this crucial moment, the CEO set forth the "Six Absolutes" management requirements: absolute prevention of safety risks, absolute adherence to production processes, absolute assurance of product quality, absolute reduction of production costs, absolute implementation of 6S standards, and absolute pursuit of continuous improvement. These "Six Absolutes" will serve as the management principles for the comprehensive enhancement of the industrial base. Through the advancement from automation to intelligent software systems and the cultivation of a "righteous, pragmatic, and warm" corporate culture, a modern production base will be established. 

In his speech, the CEO reaffirmed that the company will continue to deeply implement the "organizational bifurcation and business transformation" strategy outlined at the semi-annual development conference and remain resolutely committed to becoming the world’s leading enterprise in the "development and application of functional amino acids." 

The resumption of work and production is not only a full restoration of production order but also an opportunity for comprehensive improvement. Chief Engineer Yin Lijun reported the achievements of the transformation and expansion phase as well as subsequent plans to all members of the industrial base. Deputy General Manager of Production Liang Lei formally announced the overall arrangements for the resumption of work and production, along with management rules and mechanisms for each workshop. Quality Control Department Manager Wei Yanyan provided detailed explanations and emphasized product quality requirements and new standards. Human Resources and Administration Director Wang Junsheng systematically presented plans for team building, addressing recruitment, growth, and development of personnel, thereby providing a comprehensive guarantee. 

Teams from the industrial base took turns presenting, demonstrating their high morale and team spirit. Led by the oath presenter, all employees solemnly recited the "Quality and Safety Oath," vividly expressing their determination. 

Strictly adhering to safety standards, rigorously controlling quality, and optimizing operational efficiency are principles that jointly solidify the foundation for the company’s high-quality development. Through the collective efforts of all employees, the resumption of work and production will proceed in an orderly, efficient, and safe manner, laying a solid foundation for achieving the company’s annual goals!
