Transformation and Renewal, Iron Army Sets Sail | Relaunch Ceremony at the Industrial Base Successfully Concluded

With the national flag and the company flag raised in sequence and the national anthem and the battle song sung in turn, Gendones industrial base officially sounded the horn for resuming work and production. At 8:00 a.m. on September 1, all employees at the base stood in formation to witness the kickoff ceremony.

As the nation commemorates the 80th anniversary of the victory in the Chinese Peoples War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression and the World Anti-Fascist War, the company also marks an important milestone in its development. After a one-month shutdown for renovation, the industrial base has been renewed and is poised for a fresh start. This renovation is not only an equipment upgrade but also a strategic step toward becoming a top-tier enterprise in the development and application of functional amino acids.

At the ceremony, Chairman and President Dr. Libin Yang delivered an important speech. The renovation enables a major leap in capacity from 15,000 tons to 30,000 tons. Long-term safeguards for environmental impact assessment, work safety, and fire protection are now fully in place, laying a solid foundation for the companys development over the next fifty to one hundred years.

At this important moment, the President set out the Six Absolutesof management requirements: absolute prevention of safety risks, absolute adherence to production processes, absolute assurance of product quality, absolute reduction of production costs, absolute implementation of 6S, and absolute commitment to continuous improvement. These Six Absolutes will serve as the management code for comprehensive enhancement at the base. Through software upgrades from automation to intelligence and cultural building centered on integrity, pragmatism, and warmth, we will forge a modern production base.

In his remarks, the President reaffirmed the development strategy adopted at the mid-year conference: organizational fission and operational transformation. The company will unswervingly advance toward becoming a world-class leader in the development and application of functional amino acids.

Resuming work and production is not only a full restoration of order but also an opportunity for overall improvement. Chief Engineer Lijun Yin reported the achievements from the renovation and expansion phase and outlined subsequent plans. Deputy Production Director Lei Liang announced the overall arrangements for the relaunch and detailed the rules and mechanisms for each workshop. QC Manager Yanyan Wei provided a thorough briefing on product quality requirements and the new standards. HR and Administration Director Junsheng Wang presented a systematic talent development plan covering selection, training, management, and culture to ensure comprehensive support for recruitment, growth, and advancement.

Teams from across the base took the stage in turn, demonstrating high morale and strong team spirit. Led by the oath leader, all employees solemnly recited the Quality and Safety Oath. The resounding pledges underscored firm resolve.

Upholding the safety baseline, enforcing stringent quality control, and optimizing operational efficiency are the shared principles for consolidating the foundation of high-quality development. With the concerted efforts of all employees, the relaunch will proceed in an orderly, efficient, and safe manner. Gendone will achieve even stronger production performance and lay a solid foundation for meeting the companys annual goals.
