Leader's Message

From rural roots to urban ambition, from solo endeavors to corporate leadership, my admiration for personal heroism has fueled a commitment to trailblaze. Alongside Gendone and the industry, we embark on a journey of relentless growth and continual refinement.

As the sky stretches high above and the earth lies vast below, I am struck by the boundless expanse of the universe. Through hardships and rewards, I have come to understand the balance of life's abundance. In my years of understanding, I have embarked on deeper reflections and explorations. Yet, the unwavering spirit of righteousness within me keeps my blood boiling, urging me to shoulder greater responsibilities. My pursuit is not just about personal success; it is about enabling people worldwide to enjoy higher-quality meat, eggs, and dairy. This is not only my aspiration but also the future dream of Gendone. As we connect with more like-minded partners, we will uncover new opportunities in protein research and collectively shape a brighter future through our shared efforts.

2024

Gendone Biotechnology Launched New Brand Strategy and declared 20th Anniversary.

2023

The company organized the "Resolute Standardization, Performance Orientation, Momentum Building" annual conference, with the objective of progressing toward listing on the Beijing Stock Exchange.

2022

The company inaugurated the "New Strategy, New Positioning, Core Products, Re-launch" conference, signaling the commencement of a new phase termed "Second Entrepreneurship." Furthermore, the company was honored with SRDI (Specialized, Refined, Differential, and Innovative) enterprise accreditation by both Beijing Municipality and Hebei Province.

2021

The Gu'an Industrial Base reached an annual production capacity of 15,000 tons of GAA.

2020

The company formulated the "Moon-Grasping Plan" to outline its five-year development goals. Additionally, it donated 600,000 yuan to support areas affected by the COVID-19 epidemic.

2019

Gendone forged a strategic partnership with Evonik, a Fortune Global 500 company, to supply products related to GAA. Furthermore, Gendone implemented a political commissar system to ensure the development of core competencies in talent management and cultural construction within the company.

2018

Gendone emerged victorious in lawsuits against two companies in Hebei Province for infringing upon its technological secrets.

2017

The "Academician Li Defa Workstation" was established at the Gu an Gendone Industrial Base.

2016

Through the successful integration of GAA, a groundbreaking feed additive, into the hog industry, Gendone was awarded the "Annual Emerging Enterprise" title by the South Media Group.

2015

The series of products related to GAA commenced their market launch. Gendone declared 10th Anniversary.

2014

The originality of GAA as a new feed additive for broilers was approved, granting the company the exclusive rights to independently research, produce, and sell the GAA feed additive for a period of five years.

2012

The Gu an Gendone Industrial Base had been completed and put into operation.

2011

Gendone successfully listed on the "New Third Board (the National Equities Exchange and Quotations, NEEQ)" with the stock code: 430078.

2009

The company initiated the process of patenting various aspects of the chemical synthesis and production processes of GAA.

2007

The company embarked on a research project focused on GAA.

2004

In 2004, Dr. Yang Libin, supported by his mentor, Academician Li Defa, founded Gendone Bio Technology Co., Ltd.
